It was dark, I got lost and it was freezing. Bloody brilliant. Great fun.

I thought I was going to die!! Very first short 'fast' run. 3.8km. 21 mins. Didn't help that the start was uphill. Must have looked so attractive.

First run for two weeks out with calf injury, slow, short and deliberate (the run not me!) just waiting for the injury to flare up again, it didnt, not up to now anyway.
Think I have finally learnt my lesson that the best cure for injury is rest.
Good chance to try out my new Aldi hat and gloves today, not bad at all!

one of those amazing runs that you really enjoy!

It went very well, all felt good, did 7 miles, and haven't come down from the runner's high yet!
