They're nice and quick BUT I did blister with them on the upper side of my right foot when I did the marathon earlier this year. They've got a kind of support there which rubbed on me quite badly. I use the MagicSpeeds for general speed work, intervals type training. Those took 3 or 4 good sessions to brea in but now I love them.
