They're nice and quick BUT I did blister with them on the upper side of my right foot when I did the marathon earlier this year. They've got a kind of support there which rubbed on me quite badly. I use the MagicSpeeds for general speed work, intervals type training. Those took 3 or 4 good sessions to brea in but now I love them. |

Going to have a little pop at this again at ParkRun this coming weekend. More to see where I am at following four lower mileage maintenance weeks, rather than thinking I'm a shoe in for another PB. Got a 19:30 at the weekend. Happy with that as it felt controlled and comfortable. Obviously hard work, but comfortably so. Feeling that once I'm fully back up to speed with my next marathon block, I shoud be abe to pull the 30 secords or so back. A good start to the year I reckon.
