It was bitterly cold and frosty out this morning but I enjoyed myself once I was up and running. Just a slowish 4 miles as my last run before the Brighton 10K this Sunday. The frost on the commons and the pink sunrise was really beautiful. Saw a much faster team-mate towards the end of my run as well. He did at least recognise me as he flew by!

Sorry about the sad news PP, my thoughts are with you and your family
Very slow.... 2.24 miles in 20m (av. pace 8:56).
Kept this slow as I just wanted a very gentle session to keep me ticking over for tomorrows 10K race. Followed this with 20 minutes light weights and 20 minutes stretching.

Penpen, nothing I can say really. I lost my dad nearly four years ago. It gets better with time. Running is the best medicine I find.
