Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'm not sure Garmin knows quite what to do with the new training plan I started 4 weeks ago, finally settling down now though hopefully.

Training status does seem more volatile/sensitive than it used to be - I've had a much more rainbow effect chart this year than last, though that could also be my inconsistency showing up!

I'm not sure about mine. Consistently yellow for the past 4 weeks. Some little variations if I look a bit further back.

That looks as if it doesn't know whether it's coming or going, Gooner :-O

Mine's been quite settled this year. Long stretches of orange and green with a single day of blue. Health metrics also remain very stable.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!
