My Fitness Age page tries to sell me a set of Garmin scales because all it's got is an occasional update to my self-declared weight. I've considered it but decided that there's no need. (My fitness age is apparently 8 years less than my actual age.)

but they won't be a patch on Fetch badges
back to productive, even though load has dropped lower than it was when it demoted me to maintaining and am still in low aerobic overage 🤷‍♀️

According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!
