Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It's probably something to do with the fact I wasn't doing much of anything for a month or 2 and then started doing 3 full body workouts and 2 runs a week as well as slowly increasing daily walks/steps throughout. Poor thing.

Not nearly as pretty as, Nellers version mind you! :)

There will be someone looking at Nellers's chart and thinking, "That would make a good tattoo."

Mind you I was running in my sleep last night and didn’t get a single one despite running a pb!

A target of 60 miles this week. It obviously doesn't believe in tapering. The sessions currently proposed for the week barely add up to 25 miles.

mine is suggesting an hour base, the hr zone is finally in the right range for z1/z2.

You'd think it would know by now that for me that means ~13 min miles, but the estimated distance for the hour 5.8 miles...

Sigh
I did like these comments under the DCR review of the new subscription service.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
