Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Sigh
I think I had a good night's sleep, and still think so; Garmin has tried to gaslight me, telling me it was 'interrupted' and 'poor' and that I spent a LOT of time awake...by it's own data, I slept for 6h59m, net of 34 'restless moments' totalling 54m. HRV is balanced and has been for weeks. It really is a load of nonsense.

As I expected, my Garmin has showed lowish HRV readings the past few days and has my HRV heading for Low just in time for my target race. Git.

It suggests 4 x 5min at 5k pace today.

I should rest today (laughs not happening)
I’m fully recovered from yesterday
I slept well and should be full of energy

I’m still 46.5, the lowest my age can be, and still 51. I’m 52 tomorrow I wonder if I’ll still be 46.5?!

Mine has changed since my birthday, Pix....

It's gone up one year. Doesn't seem to give any indication that I could improve on that.

Seems not to encourage me to try be more than 6 years younger (54.5 vs 60.5) - but seeing as you have 7 years then I'd guess there is more youth to be had :)
In my case it would be dropping BMI to help its calculation, as my 'fitness age' definitely changes by 6 months with ~3 or 4 lbs weight.

I think @Velociraptor said her Garmin age was 8 years younger so I might have scope for improvement.

Garmin gas said I'm now 52 ✅ but only altered my fitness age to 47 👍

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
