Sigh
The skin under my watch is peeling. I think I might stop wearing it at night.

I swap it to my other wrist at night; I also take it off after a run, dry the watch and my wrist ASAP, leave it 5-10 mins before putting back on.

I'm meticulous about not getting water under my watch and cleaning watch and wrist every day but the skin clearly needs a wee bit more of a rest. Might try the other wrist at night.

I don't get that, but, even at this time of year, you can see where my skin is a lighter colour.

That's a good idea, switching wrists at night. If the skin irritation comes back, I'll do that.

I switched wrists last night. The Garmin didn't approve and called me "strained" this morning despite a full body battery.

And I should do 37 minutes at 11:45mm pace. I shall go out and do something in that ball park now.

Upgraded from a FR645 to a Fenix 7x recently.

Fitness age has increased from 20 to 42 😞 and I've moved from unproductive through overreaching and back down to productive but it's still been nagging me to rest all week.

Clearly, it's got some learning to do 😀

Is there no way to tell garmin that splitting a run halfway into two sessions for Frtch-game purposes is not two half hour runs but one 1hour one with a few seconds missing in the middle?

I suppose it doesn’t really matter in the scheme of things, but you think it would be able to work that one out

Unsafe Breadbin The newer Garmins have an updated algorithm for 'fitness age'; the old one was far too flattering! I don't think that they take much more than 10 years off now.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
