Mine is currently saying :-
Your fitness is continuing to improve, but you monthly training load is high. Occasionally adding an easier week may help you recover and ultimately lead to even faster improvement
Which is nice......I think

I've also stopped wearing mine for sleep for the same reason.

I had the same problem earlier, the skin under the wristband band started peeling off. I'm cleaning the wristband every time I take a shower or after training. I also put a cream with panthenol on the skin while it healed and still do that from time to time. I haven't had any problems since then.

I had a couple of issues but given I wear mine as my alarm I think my arm is used to it now I do take it off as a treat every now and then!

Me too, EP. I've managed to sleep through my phone's alarm and the radio but if Garmin beeps and vibrates on my wrist, I can't ignore it. That's why I persisted with wearing it and my wrist is used to it now.
