Sleep score 74/fair - and I thought it was the best sleep I’ve had in ages.
Suggested run, 30 minutes threshold, @ 10.10 , nope, not today.

SS 79 (only 6 hours but plenty of deep)
Almost fully recovered
RHR 43 (has been at 42/43 for 4 days now)
Garmin thinks I'm in recovery, was productive until yesterday. That's right, I'm doing a mini taper before Saturday's 10k race. Even though it's telling me I'm almost fully recovered, it thinks I should rest more. I'm still going to do the 8 mile MLR on the plan.

Mine is telling me to rest even though I don't need to. Yesterday, my SO tried out my watch for an intervals session. She recorded on her old watch in parallel. She discarded the activity on my watch without saving. Even so, the workload has affected the life-type metrics. We were hoping the discarding would leave those metrics untouched.

The skin under my watch is peeling. I think I might stop wearing it at night.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
