Parkrun and long run double today. Just thought I'd do a quick check of my Garmin Status after all that!....

Body Battery - 16 now, down from 100 when I first got up. "Your body battery is down 55 points overall since noon. Get yourself in good shape tomorrow with restful sleep later on."
VO2 max - superior 48
Training status - Productive* - High Aerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 1,021
Sleep Score - excellent 82 for 8h 11m "well-balanced"

Today's training suggestion - tempo! Nope definitely did my own thing today! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

*my training hasn't been productive for months! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Garmin says recovery delayed by poor sleep and suggested a rest day
I may do this
Or have a walk and do strength work but that's a rest day isn't it?!

Garmin says I still have 6 hours recovery left, but other than that all is tickety boo after a good sleep.
HRV is wobbling along the top of my range, so cakes and crisps are not unduly impacting in yet :)

After two months, I'm back in productive range. The combo of 10k race and half marathon with MP miles finally convinced Garmin that I was training well ๐Ÿ˜‚
Recovery time is 69 hours. Suggested training is 44 minutes base at 140 BPM or 9:05. I'm going to do my own thing with the beginners.

RHR 42, sleep too short but still good recovery, body battery went up from 15 to 87.

And round and round we go. Garmin has been negging my HRV for a few days so I knew this was on the way.

I've just regained Maintaining after a week of Recovery. eL Bee!'s Garmin Edge told him today that he was Detraining and should consider doing some more training. It also tells him that his cycling VO2max and FTP are almost identical to mine muppet

Iโ€™ve been maintaining since the 8th March apart from one day 4th - 5th July when it went to productive ๐Ÿ˜€

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
