I'm going for a walk at lunchtime with my HRM on and garmin set to run mode to see what it does !!

shocking sleep - garmin thought I went to be 3hrs after I actually did I was that restless
BB was 5 last night and got to 31
recovery delayed - was 22 hrs last night but 37 this morning!
yet it still wanted me to do 45mins of base training

Better sleep score for me last night....

Sleep Score- good 81 for 7 hrs and 6 minutes continuous sleep.

Body Battery - 46 now, down from 69 when I got up. "Your body battery increased 59 points while you slept. Make sure you pace yourself to avoid bottoming out."
VO2 max - superior 48
Training status - Maintaining - High Aerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 853

Training suggestIon for today - was a tempo session.... 42:00@8:45/mi 1:02:00. I did attempt a tempo session but was nowhere near that speedy!

Training readiness high, well recovered after 7 hrs good sllep.
HRV balanced and trending up, RHR 39.
Maintaining with high aerobic shortage.
Suggestion 40 minutes base - should have got up at Ness O’clock to do it as am still waiting for BT engineer and it’s rather warm out.

Sounds frustrating, Rosehip. Hope it's not too warm by the time you do get to run.

A couple of hours on the sofa have meant my body battery hasn't dropped much. Still on 45, in fact. Hopefully I'll be able to have a good weight training session later.

Running power wasn’t on fetch when I was using Stryd (last run with it was last October), although it’s there for rides.

yes I get it off zwift etc
but I have seen power on some runs of fetchies with new garmins so if it's on the run profile of garmin it should pull through as Fetch just looks for a letter to identify the exercise type and then pulls all the data I believe

I wonder if it’s only native power fetch displayed, as opposed to power that has had to be added via a separate data field.

It's probably because it's not native to your device. Power comes through for me on 255.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
