My Garmin "Today's Suggestion" was "Rest. No workout to be ready for harder training up ahead. Keep it short and low intensity." Same as yesterday! 🙄

Body Battery - 62 now, down from 86 when I got up. "Your body battery increased 59 points while you slept. Make sure to pace yourself to avoid bottoming out."
VO2 max - superior 48
Training status - Maintaining - High Aerobic Shortage
Load - optimal 898
Sleep Score - fair 79 for 7h 3m "continuous sleep"
HR - resting - 47

It's on my watch face, EvilPixie. If I do 40 it'll suggest 50 next week, and if I don't do 40 for a few weeks it'll suggest 30.

I've had my current Garmin since May 2021 and it doesn't do that either. Perhaps I should look for a new one. 😉

Mine probably does that, but I’d rather it didn’t so am not going looking for it.
I have a picture of a Lakeland 50 medal as my watchface instead

It seems you need to install a CIQ field for older watches based on this. Tri HRM definitely has running dynamics so hopefully the explainer below sorts it for you.

It say the field needs to be on the active run profile so maybe you've installed it but not added it to the run profile?

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
