EP, is it there in GC under a Connect IQ field though? This is mine from Stryd. If power is native, like on 255, I am presuming it doesn’t show like that in GC.

Training load fallen off a cliff after two days of not running. Particularly unhelpful sleep information last night.

I got a RELAX message at breakfast this morning. Pressed enter and it gave me the option of starting a breathwork session. Breathwork! WTAF?

Haha, I've had that a few times after tough sessions.

I too had a restless sleep - it was suggested that noise could be the issue
I think it's right as Mr Pix was snoring!

Mine had me falling asleep while watching the athletics and then repeatedly waking up during the next couple of hours. But it missed the nap I had in the afternoon.

HRV is the highest it’s been for weeks and still trending upwards almost. Whether this is a function of a short easy-ish run every day or eating a bit better, I don’t know. Will be interesting to see what happens next week when we have a ‘holiday’ .

Almost 7 hrs ‘good’ sleep, rhr 40 and body battery charged up to 94.

Load optimal, maintaining with high aerobic shortage, but only suggests another 40 mins base (no event in calendar)

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
