Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Alfadan On for sub 45 pace until half way, ran out of steam. I blame the turbo X on Sunday.
Great race as always, good atmosphere and organising.

manicstreetpounder I was right to be pessimistic about getting a PB this time. Never really got near the pace. Ran yet another positive split even though I deliberately tried to set out slower (18:38 1st 5K; 18:52 2nd 5K). But didn't get passed at all from memory from about 2K onwards and picked off quite a few - so pleased from that point of view after what happened at this year's FLM.

Rach E Not as fast as I'd hoped for, but didn't have the best prep at all during the day. Still, happy enough with another solid run and got first senior lady which is excellent to have for the rest of the series :o) Bring on the next one...

Um Bongo Felt a bit tired to start having spent all day in meetings. Decided to target 46 mins. Started to feel a bit stronger in the last couple of miles but didn't really push. I was in one of my adverse to pain moods.
