bennybobbles Not a good day! The last 5 miles were very tough and I slowed right down for the last two miles, possible reasons:
 - Very active biking and walking the day before
 - Cycled to Rich's first thing quickly as I was late
 - Had the two weeks beforehand off completely with a sore foot
 - The first 13 miles were much quicker than I planned for

Mikeinsussex Very pleased with time. Not sure what went on, but started too quickly and was in the strange situation where i had to slow my pace. One strange race.

Dee VanCity My plan was to run the second half faster than the first half. I aimed to run the first five miles at 9:30s, the next five at 9:20s, the next five at 9:10s, the next three at 9:00s and just opened up for the last two. It was a good confidence booster ahead of London.
