10.13 Started off with tired legs but soon got into it. The wind made it difficult at times, but pleased with outcome. A pleasant route with a lot of small hills for a flat race. The chaos and congestion at the finish spoiled it a little bit but glad to finish before the rain started.

Achilles First half marathon for 6.5 years, so very happy to finish feeling strong (and with no ill-effects today)

Lillias Good race. Good pace but could have pushed myself harder. Ran too slow to start with too many layers on. Lost lots of time faffing around with ipod and stopping to take off layers. Next time need to wear more appropriate clothes, charge ipod and run quicker! I can actually do it!!
