AntClark Official Time 69:39 very pleasse with the run and time, last 3 mile tough and pace slowed but more likley to do with a lack of longer training runs recently.

Hairy Legs Did a hard 7-mile cross country run on Friday which made my legs feel very heavy after 7-8 miles on Sunday and probably meant I didn't get a PB. Great race - thanks to everyone involved.

hillstrider The weather is always hot, except for one year when it poured with rain. The course was changed last year to avoid going past the smelly farm. A fairly flat course, but several longish inclines which can be tiring in the heat. Ran hard so was disappoointed to be just over 60 secs slower than last year.

GAZGIB A great race on a good course. I struggled a bit from 2-4 and again when the wheels came off at 8. But I somehow recovered and finished strongly. Well done Jock awesome result!!!
