I was a track runner with Team Solent when I was younger but lost interest when I went to college and basically did very little for ten years. Two years ago and 2 children later I started running again (VERY slowly at first!) and am still very much improving. Working full time and being on my own with two ankle biters makes it very difficult to get out there sometimes so I don't get to train as much as I would like to but hopefully that will change over the next few years. I'm still excited as, being fairly new on the scene, I'm still getting PBs almost every time I race so not looking forward to the time when that stops!
