Baron Target of 10 mile PB achieved in the Gosport HM. : thru 5 miles in 28:43, was on for 57 mins but a strong headwind and a couple of sharp hills on the way back put paid to that. Pleased with my time and felt a lot fitter than a few weeks ago.

Insomniac Scenic route. Fairly undulating. Finished 300m on track. Sunny until 5 mins after I finished then pissed it down! Great well organised race, I'd definitely do it again.

speedy rob ~56 m climb all in first 6 miles according to mapmyrun: this was wrong, with significant up-hill after 6 miles. First 4 miles too fast at 6.45 and struggled from 7 onwards, but summoned a faster finnish. Time Ok but can't help feeling a slower start may have been quicker: longer training runs and more miles probably needed to run 10 mile races without tiring at end.

wick Great race with beautiful scenery. Well organised and seemed to have more runners than previous years.

wozzlehunter good race, well organised and very well marshalled. thought i messed this race up by going out too hard, but even though the second half was hillier and against the wind, i managed to hold it together and come home with a PB, woo hoo.
