Excitabubble Good run although a nasty short hill at the start and long steeper hill a quarter of the way in, but having to do this twice was hard work with walking it the second time around.

Hectors House Not confident as back of my knee has been hurting a lot when running, even when I went out last week. Not sure if it will hold up for a race. The knee held up and I had a really good race! Got a PB and beat my main goal for this season which was 36:30 so really pleased.
