Blugirl Great course, perfect weather (a little on the hot side), less breeze than expected. Picked up a niggle at 4 miles but ran with it. Struggled from 7 miles onwards and had to pull up just after 11 miles for a few minutes - absolutely gutted as I was on for a PB :o( On the bright side, at least I managed to get a long run in and I seemed to find myself a running partner between 3 - 11 miles which made life easier - so thanks, whoever you were! :o)
