Cmontheaccies 9th place,2nd vet 40.decent run,first ran this race 20 years ago so to still finish inside top 10 is pleasing,most of the guys from that time are running for fun chucked it or injuries have stoped them competing so cant complain.

Smout Wee bit disapdointed to no hit prediction for the 1st time tis year but still happy esp as got the Sub 39 nod on the chip time! keyring Ran this one as part of a 23 mile long run today. Was pleased with my steady pacing and even managed a small negative split too.

Tick Tock Tim Garmin time/ Chip time 46:56 Gun time : 47:22 291/676 overall 231/439 men Splits: 7.28,7.35,7.43,7.26,7.30,7.32,+ 6.48 avg for last 0.25 Very hot. 12.30pm start and mist burning off meant it was very warm. Got into good rythym early on, 7.30min/mi. I found it really hot 4-7 and didnt really have anything in tank 7 to 10 but kept at it so v pleased with time. Did 18m on Wed so some of that maybe still in legs. Well organised course, but drinking water out of a polystyrene cup whilst running is nigh impossible! Technical tee in bag was nice, but XL not overly big! Will do this run again.

Debstir Chip time :) Gun time not so impressive at 50:42 ;) 2nd fastest 10k. Ever. Chuffed doesn't even start to describe it....

Dvorak What a lovely day for a race :-). A bit outside target again, but no matter. Took the start pretty easy, then picked it up after 2 km and ran a pretty consistent pace and lifted it at the end. Ran with a smile on my face :-). Well done to Debstir and Smout for excellent performances.
