Enaoslm Picked up my marathon training this last week. Very late decision to run, even went out for a few beers and a late night before. Also ran 9 miles the day before including a 19min 5k Park Run. Not ideal preparation but just wanted to do a training run. Ended up feeling and running really well despite the hilly course. Only 17sec slower than my pb.
