AngeM Oops, bit of a disaster. Pulled up with quad problems at 6km, been bothering me for a few weeks now, and basically had to run-walk from thereon in and I just sort of forgot about the time and just wanted to finish. A couple of random guys came up to me at the finish when I was icing the quad and asked me if I'd hurt my knee. One of them told me my symptoms were indicative of anterior pelvic tilt. Bit of stretching is in order, I think. Oh well, I'll try for a better time at Great Yarmouth.
