oldbiddy probably only a few secs off but am fired up and ready to kick ass lol darlinks a few points for you :) a fab day , really really enjoyed it. won 3rd in F45 and i'm well older than that squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee BM won too squeeeeeeeeeee again

Longy So I expected to just waddle around, you know brush off the demons on FLM, well, I blasted them away. A fab start, first time ever wearing a cap, uphill start did some damage to my engine, but once reached 6km, I was motoring, and the FLM was just a distance nightmare. At 8k, just powered up, the course just allowed me to run at a sensible pace. Fab course, Fab organisation, Fab water marshal at the end!!!!! and I gained a PB by 1min 30secs, how cool is that just 7 days after the worse day of my runnign life!!!! I love Breckland
