Morning

Your running is progressing nicely @alehouse

Well done on the 100m month @PeterFay

Hope your daughter had a lovely day yesterday @Wabo

Well done on the 6 month streak @Night-owl

Difficult regarding the trail shoes @ElspethF.

Annoying regarding the train yesterday @lin50

Feeling good on a recovery after a long run sounds like you are training well @tinebeest

Well done on running the hour non-stop @Rosehip

Nice pic yesterday @PeterFay

What: solo recovery?

Why: likely won't find anyone to run with today as will be wet all day. Might well resort to the beast (TM) as well
Last fun: removing 3 of our neighbour's goats from our garden yesterday afternoon
Last rest: 29.09.24

Lyrics: no

Lyrics, no again!
Ale enjoy your run. Must be good to be back.
Hazel, hope you find a friend to run with. Still not sure on shoe choices. Anyone used Hoka stinson?
5.5 miles now off to yoga.
We have a little apple tree with allegedly eating apples which are much too sour to eat, trying to make something edible out of them. They are tiny so peeling and chopping them is a chore.
Trying a recipe, we will see!

About This Thread

Maintained by alehouse
Each day someone sets some song lyrics, often on a particular theme, eg colours, numbers, running, etc. Others then say whether they know the song or not, but DO NOT say what the song is: the answer is revealed the next day.

Current theme: COLOURS

Contributors then say
What their training will be
Why they are doing it

Some also say
Last hard
Last rest

Plus of course general comments about the weather, other people’s training or races…illness or injuries!

Feel free to join us and why not set some lyrics once you get the hang of the thread?
