Afternoon! Thanks for asking, @Dustin : 4 x 5 minutes with walk breaks. Very slow but the longest total run since February 23rd. Enjoy your track sessions those involved; doubt that I will ever do anything like that ever again! |

Happy to read about the running, @alehouse, that sounds like solid progress. Congrats!! @Derby Tup : 32 miles? Blimey. They definitely invented the car for that. @ElspethF , curious to hear what the apples became! Hi @Autumnleaves ! Welcome back! I disappear occasionally too, I feel I'm in good company @Wabo : I miss a running club for that sort of stuff What: bike commute, and some stretching Why: because I can do my key runs on Wed. and Friday night this week Last hard: Sunday Last rest: Saturday I started wearing a facemask for the train ride again. There's a lot of covid around again, and regular colds and I don't need any of that right now (or ever, tbh). Also thinking of others ways to shore up my defences. How does everybody else deal with pre-race germophobia? |
