Afternoon!

Thanks for asking, @Dustin : 4 x 5 minutes with walk breaks. Very slow but the longest total run since February 23rd.

Enjoy your track sessions those involved; doubt that I will ever do anything like that ever again!

My Garmin wanted me to do 4 x 5 minutes with walk breaks today. I only declined the session because the warm up wasn't long enough.

Actually a lovely day for the time of year here in contrast to most places in the UK.

@Wabo : I miss a running club for that sort of stuff

What: bike commute, and some stretching
Why: because I can do my key runs on Wed. and Friday night this week
Last hard: Sunday
Last rest: Saturday

I started wearing a facemask for the train ride again. There's a lot of covid around again, and regular colds and I don't need any of that right now (or ever, tbh). Also thinking of others ways to shore up my defences. How does everybody else deal with pre-race germophobia?
