Great running Wezza! bunting

I'm on the bench at the moment so not sure if I'll manage one in October, I'll see how the month pans out.

Thanks FF, stupid niggle, thought I'd rest it for a week or two before I try running again.

Thanks very much Fenland Flier. I must say that you've been quite influential in me tackling this distance of late ๐Ÿ˜Š. One that I have avoided, yet becoming a bit less fearful of - and hopefully getting a bit more keen.
By a bit of a fluke, I came across your great video, earlier today when scanning through the previous Member Of The Month winners and there you mentioned a bit about your relationship with the mile. I must say I found it very inspiring, along with a lot of other things you had to say.

About This Thread

Maintained by Fenland Flier
For encouragement and general chat about the virtual mile challenges.

It's not easy pacing a mile race whether it's virtual or real, be it on track, road, grass or trail. Go out too hard initially and struggle towards the end, go out too soft and regret your finish time.

Use this thread to record your jubilation or allow us to commiserate with you.
