Definitely helped by having some fast people to chase - I won't be able to do that solo in the park next month! I also chipped a second off my 800m PB and equalled my 400m best, so am very happy with the evening's work

It's not easy pacing a mile race whether it's virtual or real, be it on track, road, grass or trail. Go out too hard initially and struggle towards the end, go out too soft and regret your finish time.
