Thanks FF. Lots of fun - between the races - and I'm very chuffed to report 6:48 for my mile. Definitely helped by having some fast people to chase - I won't be able to do that solo in the park next month!

I also chipped a second off my 800m PB and equalled my 400m best, so am very happy with the evening's work :-)

Brilliant, well done CasB!! That's super speedy.

I'm trying to work out when to do my July effort. I'm confident of knocking a bit of time off my June time.
