CasB Jul 2023 2:52pm, 10 Jul 2023 1,024 posts	0 CasB Hello, I've just signed up for this month My track group is having a mini-race night tomorrow evening, including a timed mile, and I'm hoping I can get somewhere near last year's time of 6.57, which is also my PB. It's looking warm and windy and our track is quite exposed, though, and last year there were extensive discussions about exactly which line we needed to start from, so we'll see what happens! Well done to all who have logged a time already, and good luck to those planning their run.

It's not easy pacing a mile race whether it's virtual or real, be it on track, road, grass or trail. Go out too hard initially and struggle towards the end, go out too soft and regret your finish time.
