Lyrics no and I can normally get ale's! What: parkrun this morning. First 2.5km in 20 min and 32 overall (says how congested it was!). Glad I got out though as just about keeping me on track for 250/100/75 runs/volunteer/locations though volunteer is currently under threat as junior keeps getting cancelled! Evening Nice pics indeed @PeterFay At least @emzap got to do a parkrun. Enjoy the warmth @Ness. Good to see it should be warming up for the UK soon now. Did the radiator turn up on time @alehouse ? What: shopping this morning - exciting things like a new dishwasher and some new plates etc, 10m run this afternoon with around half @ tempo effort Why: dishwasher is on it's way out, replacement for The Plan's tune-up race and had to wait for the sun to work on the ice Last rest: Thursday Last hard: running against a lively NO breeze this afternoon Lyrics: sigh - still can't remember them although they have certainly featured before |

Evening everyone, Lyrics : Yes What : Yoga and 5k run/walk plus a short dog walk. Why : local parkruns cancelled, decided it was too cold to travel to the nearest one that was still on, haven’t run since Tuesday, so decided to get out for a 5k this afternoon! |
