Lyrics, it's a long run of no's apart from alehouse's the other day!
Time for a longer run for me today, not bad weather for it, dry, mild and not windy. Still I wasn't sure how it was going to go so opted for a circuit of the outskirts of town including 2 very soggy trails but mostly on road. Feet started hurting about half was, not good probably due to trying out "new" shoes which will have to go back round the house yesterday, didn't get any worse though but knees were complaining last couple of miles esp coming down a muddy slope. surprised to have covered 15.5 m in 2.50 hours, thought I would be slower.
Other than that just some domestic stuff. P's scalp I can confirm looks angry!

Enjoy your runs/rest days all!

Evening

What just over 6km
Why leading run group tonight
Foot is quite sore so I stuck to just the jogs to get to the effort sessions (I made them do hills)

Last hard is reaching my 20 days of running 100 km in Jan without reinjuring myself. All was fine until Tuesday. Not sure what I've done.

Lyrics nope
