Wabo 21 Jan 9:08pm, 21 Jan 2025 1,156 posts	0 Wabo Evening all Lyrics no @emzap so sorry to hear your sad news Had an eventful run this morning, just about a mile in and I spotted an elderly man across the road laying on the pavement having taken a tumble. I went over to him, he didn't seem to have broken anything but hurt his face. With the help of a passing driving instructor who got the learner to stop the car, we got him to his feet. I then walked this man home. It was less than a quarter mile but took us about half an hour and I really felt at times he'd take us both down!! He said he didn't know what was wrong, I felt like he had Parkinson's by the way he was walking. Anyway I got him home and a neighbour called a friend to come help him. My good deed for the day but now my back aches so bad!! Anyway I hope he's ok, poor chap was telling me all about his wife who's on her last legs he said , in a care home and he can't get to her. Broke my heart. Did 4.5 miles in the end, surprised I got going again tbh
