Hiya
What - 6 or 7 easy lunchtime, few easier ones later coaching U11s
Why - missed chance to go medium before work as roads too icy to risk it. At least this way I can go off road in daylight
Last rest - 28/11
Last Hard - Tuesday
lyric - don't think so
As I'm sure you know , Vienna was #2 for a 3 or 4 weeks and was kept off top spot by the 80s classic 'Shaddup you face' by Joe Dulce

Ice covered in hail with a thin top layer of snow, still runnable with care and staying mainly off main roads. 12.1 miles, hard work at the end!
Was meant to be warmer and sunny today, not to be!
Safe running folks!

Up and down Wideford Hill. Crunchy snow underfoot. Windy and snowing quite heavily most of the way. Not the fastest run ever.

Evening!

Lyrics: of course! And been there!

What: just over a mile

Why: late run in the gloom after work, and worse under foot today than yesterday. At least no Orkney-like wind!

Conditions getting worse near work, so work tomorrow is cancelled; whilst that won't help the bank balance (paid on a daily basis) it should mean I might be able to have a longer run.

Evening all

Today was yoga at lunch then I lead the run group this evening. I got them doing 800ish m loops with squats, lunges, jumping jacks, high knees at 4 points round the loop in an effort to keep them warm and stop them running too fast and slipping. I ran the opposite on the loops so I could run walk and keep warm. Felt ok.

Oh and physio this morning too. Got the go ahead to build up to 5km continuous running but need to still be careful.

Hazel is this a crazy mountainous 100km.....I would like to do some more ultras this year but everything is so dependent on this silly foot.

Ale that's annoying about work.

Stay safe all in the slippy conditions

Evening

Lyrics no

What - father law out of hospital Thursday morning so with seeing him and going over to my dad’s no time for a run. Did do 150 double legged calf raises but only to ground not lowering over step

Why - life and rehab

Hopefully managed to free some time for a decent run on Friday by doing some things today between visits that I was going to do on Friday

That’s some distance @HazelnutCH hope the training goes well and the race even better
