What: another short run Why: icy. All parkruns around here are off. "Conditions suitable for Torvill and Dean". Cross training with a paintbrush. |

Lyrics nope! Been out for 5 icy miles, had I known how bad it would be wouldn't have bothered, shuffling along grassy edges the whole way! Going for a walk with some of the other runners now, will be slow! |

It took me a while to warm up after going for a walk, and then I couldn't face going back out. And all the local parkruns were cancelled today. Last hard: Seven days ago. |
