Local one was cancelled so went to nearest one that was on so I can complete my 250 parkruns 100 volunteers and 75 run locations in a few weeks. Volunteering is at risk as junior parkrun keeps being cancelled! This year sees me at half my life running so I've set up some challenges to mark the occasion. Should be interesting.... Nice work everyone getting out in cold and slippery conditions 🫡 what : 10K - and change why: plan suggested it but I went a bit faster than suggested, to stay warm last hard: ermh... last rest : Friday.

It’s only a small pool so just 8 of us on airbeds, ambient temperature is perfect. We wear eye masks and have a light blanket over us. Start with 5 minutes of meditation then the sound bath starts (approx 45 minutes). So relaxing 😍
Dustin 12 Jan 9:44pm, 12 Jan 2025 174 posts	0 Dustin Hiya Sorry been AWOL much of the weekend.. Yesterday was final county XC race. Short of team manager, so ended up not running. Managed 6 miles around the course in the fading light afterwards though. Today - 17 mile LSR why - Marathon week 5 last rest - 28/11 last hard - that was. First 10 on frozen trails, finished on roads lyric - yesterday , yes, today, no. Off to Cornwall for 10-11 days tomorrow. lots of sleep and no doubt some running!
