Enjoyed Millfield this morning - road shoes are definitely the answer, as all the paths are either tarmac or hard stone of some kind. A nicely varied, undulating course, although it felt quite exposed to the breeze today. And I was soundly beaten by Mr CasB who ran sub-24 for the first time (fortunately he's still a bit off my PB!).

Course PB at Trelai Park today and my highest ever finishing position (I'm still shit, all the fast people were somewhere else).

Epic battle for 14th on the finishing straight. If he'd come back at me again in the last 20 metres I'd have dropped the shoulder on him. Well played fella.
