Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

It's a pretty straight run down as well. Through Hyde Park and then through Chelsea to the bridge.

Yep, Mile End is, indeed, all tarmac. 2 laps, A wee bit lumpy by East London standards.
I'm there most weekends.

I'm sorry I can't remember it @AndyS I feel like it might have been quite narrow but that could be somewhere else entirely 😂

Wormwood Scrubs would be a good one, too. Just off the Central line.

Probably said this before but I loved Battersea, a really good vibe about it and really professionally managed, in spite of the big attendance 👍

Thanks for all the great suggestions - I'm spoilt for choice! It's not so obvious looking at the map how easy the events are to get to. I suspect the final decision will depend on whether or not any family are willing to accompany me on the day.

When planning trips to London parkruns (and other locations) I just use Google maps to get an idea of travel times, which works well. There is a site that has some info about a lot of the London parkruns, and travel options in terms of nearest stations on particular lines. Not sure if it’s totally up to date with all London parkruns, but the vast majority are there as he’s a LonDONEr. He’s also got a cut down tube map with the parkruns shown.
