Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Crosby. After a tactical retreat onto the prom before a fast incoming tide, offered cheers and applause near the turnaround point at the old coastguard station. A cool, keen W wind made it a morning on which to keep moving.

Results processing was a bit of a nightmare at Sandhurst after a possible double hit on the timers, but a definite extra two times included when a dad crossed the line with 2 kids who hadn't run and then took 1 token. We got the timer numbers affected but it still took a while to sort out.

New, for me, experience of walking to parkrun this morning. Just a mile or so to Hay Lodge from our hotel in Peebles ahead of a much longer race tomorrow. At just 46 finishers, I think it's also the smallest I've visited.

Plean parkrun 4th Birthday today. 100 finishers, including I think a former localish MP making his parkrun debut at the age of 74.

I didn't scan, and have been given a result 8 places and 3 minutes better than I should have had. Have emailed in.

Age-graded bests:. Falkirk's is 100.52%. There is also a 99.30 and a 97.31. All very veteran women. Top male is down is sixth, with a mere 86.75%. (No, the course isn't short :-p Top person has broken the 100% at another five courses, with a best of 105.64%)
