Thanks. RHR is 52 according to Garmostravabit. Just a bit higher than normal. I'll walk about this afternoon and see how I feel.

Ok let us know what’s close to you or halfway I like touring. Can’t keep up with where you are living now. I think it’s Midlands somewhere 😂

I would also have been more likely to spring for a volunteer t-shirt in a different colour from the running t-shirts. But it's not that important and I'll just keep trying to make sure my ratio of volunteerings to runnings is sufficient to make me feel as if I'm giving a little bit back. (eL Bee! volunteers all the time so as a household we do quite well.)

Bob!
I'd have preferred different colours also.
I'm on r162 / v170, so I guess my green shirt is likely to be a v250.

I've no opinion on the new t-shirts. Its going to be 4 - 5 years before I qualify for another one based on my 279 run : 27 volunteer ratio.

I know which shirt I’ll be getting next
R134 vs V219 which doesn’t include a lot of the early ones when we never bothered recording volunteers

My v50 arrived today. I wanted a new running tee anyway and my 50 runs is still a few months off. The joys of having been part of a core team for some time my vol to run ratio is all skewed 🙂

Is it a good idea to run with a bad cold? Even if it means going round slowly? Can't decide whether to bother tomorrow

This is very unmedical, but I tend to go with the old adage which says something like: if it's above the neck, it's fine to run (assuming you feel like it!), if it's below the neck, don't run.

Just heard the latest WMN podcast. Danny says people should stop moaning about the volunteer shirt colours, that having the same colours as the runs is more inclusive.
I know he is very loyal to parkrun, but I disagree. How cool would it be in the volunteer shirts were a completely different colour, they would stand out and probably sell a few more.
I assume that anyone running 25 times can now get a purple shirt, which to me is a shame. I always liked to see people on their purple v25 shirts and I think its the favourite one in my collection.
