Guildford for me this week. I have been down with an annoying cough recently so a gentler run would be good. I'll be vi guide runner with a young man who runs around 30 mins, so that will be just right.

I'm excited for next week as we're in Kent for a holiday based in Whitstable.

Off to my NENDY which is the recently started Epworth Equestrian.

Waited for event #3 this weekend to allow team to settle in - week #1 had 97 finishers and week #2 had 167.

Undecided at the moment. I may do Bournemouth as per normal, or as we have friends coming on Sunday, I may do my long run on Saturday with Moors Valley in the middle.

We're off to Worthing on Saturday - not done it before. Hoping for a dip in the sea after. Travelling from my parents' house in Gosport so around an hour I think.

Then a local one when we're back in Chesterfield the weekend after - doing Graves Park in Sheffield. I'm marshaling and GF Sal is running (it's her NENDY).
