Today was my 292nd so I will get to 300 this year.

We had a nice run out today at Sharpham Estate, in Totnes. It was a friend’s 100th and we have a small, local, social, running club that mainly run on trails, and it was a good turn out for the event. Then around 15-20 went back to a pub for breakfast afterwards, so it was a good way to start the day.

It’s a tough course though, but with stunning views, and today was the 4th time I’ve done it.

Last week they didn’t have access to their tokens so cancelled, and they also cancelled NYD due to the wind, so my friend was pleased they were able to go ahead today.

Went to Cheltenham today whilst away for a weekend break. Their winter course is 3 laps of the lake but even with 600+ runners they are very disciplined in keeping right so overtaking was easy. It was a tad chilly but enjoyed it.

We did a freezing Sandhurst parkrun with plenty of frozen puddles on the alternative course. It had to be a run and dash home as we were talking or daughter to the station for her trip back to Leicester.

Just catching up with the thread, where did you run on 4/1 @Dwp ? as by chance I was also at Houghton Hall - although walking near the back
