@Ally-C I did Ifield last spring. It's a funny course in that it is a series of out and backs on three legs of a crossroads and feels complicated and a bit narrow though it is also quite flat. I parked on street about 10 mins walk away from the start. Not sure about a cafe.

Ifield - no cafe nearby; the suggested cafe is (was?) the garden centre 5 mins drive away.

Yes, it is an odd and narrow course but it's much better than nothing!

@Ally-C when you do get to do Ifield, it may be a bit congested, but the good thing is you get to see the whole field of runners several times over, which was good fun, especially if you take a friend.

It’s a “flying” visit because I’m departing from Gatwick.
