Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Weather relented briefly at Exmouth. Lightish wind, no rain, perfect really.
Managed to get a good time too.

It was very wet at Storeys today - as always when it’s wet we had a much quicker field, tail was in in under 40 minutes!

The torrential overnight rain turned to spotty drizzle for Llyn Lech Owain parkrun this morning, it had however left its mark in the form of small rivers and water filled paths that not even running in wellies would have saved you from! Good atmosphere from those that were out in it though.

I recorded a time of 30:23, but apparently I ran 29:55! Not complaining but something has happened.

Warm and humid for Glasgow, so quite a sweatfest tackling the hills of Drumchapel.

Really nice conditions at Troon :) I think Ayr being off might have had an effect on numbers because it was quite busy.

Ashbourne was very, very wet.

Torrential rain before, eased off a bit during the run and then back to torrential after. Not the best week for a run which is mainly on grass but good fun. Saw two people fall over.

Bournemouth was low on numbers. Think the wind and rain had something to do with it! Took it easy as I've got a half tomorrow. Palindromic finish time - 32:23.
