Cross country levels of mud through the woodland at Woking today. I enjoyed it, many didn't :-)

Enjoyed meeting Ally-C and Mrs Ally-C at Maryport Prom today And also had my first trip to the excellent café that was recommended in the briefing.


The pleasure was mutual. Although I’ve not had my result yet.

Went to York today didn’t see a cafe but I had breakfast included at the stable side apartments (more of a hostel). Plus I then had to go to Manchester for the marathon 😜

Hope you enjoyed a splashy time! Although it actually wasn't as bad as I expected it to be.

I also did Sharpham Estate last week - really enjoyed it and was pleasantly surprised by my time given the hills. Unfortunately this week's storms brought a tree down and it was cancelled today.

I think they're supposed to ask runners for their position and their Garmin time if the timing and scanning haven't worked.
