There goes my “we were here” badge!

I dodged that bullet - my 'I' is Inverness, which sadly didn't return after The Great Interrunnum - but was reborn as nearby Torvean. (I have another "we were here" is Tees Barrage - another casualty of the pause).

No.12
I was intrigued that there used to be one at Camp Bastion until 2014. However, the only one I have ever done that no longer exists was Yeovil Montacute

I did Cambridge... Originally finished my Pirates Challenge at Clare Castle, but now it seems it was Conyngham Hall a few years later. Still have a few remaining for the "I was there" challenge.

Not sure if she was there, I think it's one of her brothers that is in that last picture with Liz and Peter

I seem to recall there were one, two and three mile versions all with different start times. I did the three mile version post half marathon in the morning with my son who would have been just shy of 12 yo at the time.

I ran past the location this morning and it would be a good parkrun route but I guess tough to get permission for.

Ah, I recall doing Cambridge (restarting as Milton Country) back in late 2012 that happened to be the week Tom Williams did it for the first time, with his dad. My overriding memory was that it was busy with around 300 runners and I had the wrong shoes on so was slippy sliding around the first loop with Road shoes.
