Day 14 done. I found this dragged a bit to start with, but I think that's mostly because the cold and cough make focussed breathing quite hard. Once it got going though it was good, and I like the way she is building up on previous days - it does make the 'flow' easier to do. 25 minutes sped by.

13 and 14 one after the other. More core - as has been noted.
I needed to support rather than lift my head and shoulders as sternum area still sore and that's not the point. Happy to use transverse more than rectus - think I still engaged obliques.

I have to admit that I skipped 13 and repeated 12 - I'd already done 50 mins of Pilates so I didn't really want to re-do more Pilates based stuff. After saying that I was appreciating a bit less talk I found the start of 14 just a bit too long. I have to agree with Sharkie that 2022 was one of the best for me as well - I often use some of those sessions as my 'regular' yoga sessions.

I think doing even one session after a migraine is good going Flatlander!
Day 14 done - but I confess I skipped the majority of the lying down stuff at both beginning and end as I was cold after my run, and the floor was not helping! Anyway - enjoyed the flow in the middle.
