Did a short bedtime video last night so I'm a day behind, day 12 was quite nice despite me disliking sun salutations. I'll catch up another time

Just Day 12 today, a few minutes ago. I'm a bit bored with it - but that's just me, not Adriene.

I do appreciate there's less waffle but it does seem very samey. Wonder if that's because I've done a lot of sessions in quick succession, or if it really is more repetitive this year?

halfpint you've been. there since we started back in 20 whatever... what do you think? I can't help wondering is she is getting bored with it?

I'm probably being unfair - you're meant to do a day at a time.

She did say at the start that she was making it so that each day built on the previous days more this year. I like the repetition, but I'm doing on a day.

Day 14 WELCOME done.

Sharkie, i agree it is becoming a bit samey now we’re into the second week, i’m hoping there’s going to be more variety this week!

Day 14 done ✅ longer session today. panad I agree that it’s getting quite repetitive. Some Adriene waffle during the first few minutes, but still found it a good one to get me moving first thing in the morning.

Day 13 done. Not as brutal as day 6.

Sharkie I think Adriene has struggled over the last couple of years to get the balance between a progressive programme for beginners and something suitable for her huge following of regular yogis. The early ones definitely felt more pitched at the former. Last couple of years more at the latter. I suspect this is part of the reason she is moving away from the 30 day programmes.

Could be right. Also she was younger and less professional so they were somehow slightly more fun? I don't think she worried so much about saying daft things - I don't mean more waffle - it was just more light-hearted?

I looked back and -oops - said I was bored last year.

Having said that I think one of my favourites was MOVE in 2022.
